Bitesized Recovery is a free 12-day mini-series with guided practices in 20 minutes or less, designed to support your recovery wherever you are on the path.

As someone who has navigated eating disorder recovery, one of the biggest pain points I faced was not having accessible, tailored practices I could return to—especially on the hard days when I felt stuck, like I had “hit a brick wall” (as I used to tell my counsellor at the time).

This is the inspiration behind the creation of Bitesized Recovery.
