Why Water?
β
Water is an invitation to slow down and listen to the body from the inside out.
Rather than working on the body as something to fix or improve, this series supports a lived, sensory relationship with movementβone that builds trust, adaptability, and choice over time.
Water honours the slow, relational journey of coming home to the body through practice, presence, and communal participation.

β
This space is for those who sense that healing, recovery, and growth happen through attunement: learning to align with the bodyβs rhythms rather than pushing against them.
β
- This series is for anyone curious about movement as medicine and embodiment as a lived practice.
- Open to all bodies and experience levels.
- No performance, no choreography, no pressure.

FRANCESCA ROSE
I support people in healing their relationship with food, body image, and self through a grounded, body-first approach rooted in somatic practice and nervous system awareness.
With over 17 years of experience in yoga and movement, a lifelong relationship to dance (from ballet to contact improvisation), and the past 6 years facilitating somatic work in both group and one-to-one settings, my work weaves together lived experience, developmental movement, and embodied listening.
This series reflects years of personal inquiry and professional practice devoted to helping people move from disconnection and control toward trust, presence, and choice in the body.
